I thought I had tasted the best authentic India cuisine in Visakhapatnam, India, a few years ago, but right here in humble Hastings is the best at Daawat-e-Zaik. Have dined in and have had take-away. Friendly service, reliable take away, and an excellent delicious menu with a wide choice of dishes.

One of my most favourite restaurants to dine at. Food is fresh. Prices are fair. Staff and service is amazing.

The food was absolutely exquisite. I have not had such good indian food in 15 years. Absolutely recommend them. I don't care what you order. Also, their delivery time was fantastic. The delivery price was fantastic Especially if you live within 5K of them and their prices overall were absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had dinner here last night and everything was spot on, from the aroma when we walked in to the perfect balance of spices in every dish. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the garlic naan came out hot and fluffy, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive without being overbearing. The ambience felt cosy and authentic, and prices were very reasonable for the quality. Easily one of the best Indian dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
